The concept of buying a new phone creates no confusion, but the concept of refurbished phones and used phones may create doubts in people’s minds. The biggest question is, Are they the same?

Though the basic concept is the same, there is a difference between these two types of phones. Let us look at each type in a better way.

Used Phones

As the name suggests, these are phones which has had some previous users. The simple concept is that a person who was using the phone wants to sell it and another person is buying the phone as it is. The used phone has no guarantee, neither is it tested by any company. It is plain and simple handed over by the previous user to the new user.

Refurbished Samsung Phones

These are also used phones, but they are not handed over from user to user. In these cases, the old phones are picked up by companies and repaired. These phones basically get a new makeover and finally look like a new phone, with some old and some new parts. Moreover, these also have warranty from the company and thus a much better option than used phones.
